I just received my order after communicating for days with a seller who I had confidence in. I purchased what I was told was a bundle of a Tiffany and Co beaded bracelet and necklace set. I asked all of the right questions, asked the seller to take detailed photos. She reassured me her items were purchased directly from the retail store. I truly thought I did the right thing. Made a reasonable offer; no low ball.
What I received was possibly the worst excuse for imitation Tiffany I have ever witnessed. The "set" didn't match. The beads were different, scuffed, and their tarnish indicated that they were made of a base metal of some sort. The chain that held the beads on looked like one of those fake Pandora wired bracelets. The tag had a blurry stamp that was practically invisible and crooked. There wasn't a 925 on the lobster clasp on either piece. The jump rings were not soldered. I truly don't know how someone could be so mean. She just flat out lied and it's hurtful.
Now my case is under review and I have no idea how long the process takes. Any advice?
