Here is he thing,I live in greece and my mother lives in England the best way she can send me money is in a bank account but we have trust issues with our family (sister and father who have a bank account)and i dont have a bank account because i am underaged(16 going 17 this May).The problem is she cant get a second debit card so she can give me one of them and they for some reason dont allow joint account(the bank) so we are stuck with the last option to get a prepaid card or a debit card on an acount in england.Can you give your opinion on which is the best and cheapest english/european debit or greek/european/english prepaid card that we can get
