We're finishing the basement and leaving the ceiling exposed. In between the joists along the perimeter there is exposed fiberglass insulation. Can we simply spray paint over this? I'm struggling to find anything online regarding this, and I don't want to create a problem for myself. I don't want to remove them because that would kill my R value down there.Any thoughts?
