I saw recently UK banks are at an all time low. Could a European exit do anything for banks in England? I mean particularly could that perhaps reduce regulations on them that were placed by the EU? If so is that enough to make a bull case for English banks.
As for RBS I see things a little bit differently. I honestly think theres a 50% chance if not more, that Scotland leaves the UK to remain in the EU. If so, does that make the RBS undervalued if Scotland chooses to remain? I believe it has lost some value from Brexit, but I haven't been following so really I don't know.
