So, I'm interested in investing 300 euros in 1 American company (I'm from portugal) (It's AMD btw). I just want to hold the money for 2 months max:
As I understand the fees are:
Stock € + (n° of stock × 0.5) + 2.5 € (trading fee)
0.5* because it's their fee per American stock.
Bare with me, It's my first investment and reddit helped me before I hope someone can help me with this..
Example:
Company € per stock = 10 euros. N°stock = 25
- Buying:
28×10 + (28 × 0.5) + 2.5 = 295,5 euro.
- Selling: (1 stock = 18€)
28x18 - (14) = 490 euro.
Will the profit be 194,5 or are there any other fees?
And by selling at that price can I withdraw all the money I spent plus 194,5 (490)? Or are there any other fees?
