My spouse had been on LA fitness since forever, but never gets to go there. Membership is on Autopay $20/mo. When I tried to cancel, they asked for the member to physically meet with the manager during office hours 9-5 during weekdays (M-F). This can never be attained due to my spouse's work schedule.
Has this been like this for all gym memberships?What are some sane and legal ways by which I can help to cancel properly, other than faking a sick leave?
