Is Leatherman still BIFL? I know the original models (eg. multi tool 300) are good but what are the new models like? How about other brands (eg. Gerber).
I'm only looking for something simple and tough with the basics: strong snub or needle nose pliers with a wire cutter, knife, standard screwdrivers. Rather avoid gimmicky or easily broken accessores like those useless little tiny scissors.
