This will probably be a rant of sorts. But I would love to get other people's experiences and thoughts about this subject.

I have for many years had a FOMO experience when it comes to media I need to watch.

"Maybe if I miss a great movie or tv show I will miss some great moments ". I know this is quite stupid. As none of these things matter in the long run.

I have done the following to help myself. I am no longer downloading movies and tv shows from torrents (access to anything at anytime is not good for me)

I used to have 200 movies and tv series in my watch list but i did not watch most of them.

I only have Netflix if I want to watch something. For now it's great. But still the feeling of missing out.

I think my life will be a lot simpler (mentally) If I stick to this path and read more books as that actually calms me.
