What would be a good store to find this blazer and dress in, and, in the spirit of frugality, not spend too much?
The reason I ask for stores specifically is that I'm a guy and I'll be the one wearing it; I know my shoulders and stuff may not play nicely with female clothing, so it'd be best to find the pieces in-person so I don't waste time ordering things that won't fit. For reference, I'm 5'11" and ~150lbs.
