I want a woman in my life who will be willing to work on the journey to financial independence. However, in these days it is really hard to find a woman who would be willing to be frugal to achieve financial independence. I am only a senior in HS but yet I want a woman who is frugal. I am very unmaterlisitc person. Maybe I am way too frugal in other ppl view
My uncle who lives in LA will be giving me his old hyundai sonata 2006 and I am planning to drive that car until it reaches 1million miles.
I have few clothes and not planning to buy a new one unless it is absolutely neccessary.
I do not want kids either in my life.(cost too much to raise although it will be nice to have a daughter or son).
I rarely go out to eat. (rarely means once or twice in a year)
I try not to spend money when hanging out with friends. I think in life there are more spiritual things that will bring happiness than buying stuff. I think the most I spent was 5dollars and that is few years ago.
I grew up in a middle class family but our family really never spends money. I think that is part of reason I am frugal.
Most of my friends say I am way too stingy, and many ppl say if I am too stingy and not spending I will not be able to meet a spouse.
My question to reddit is that is it really hard to find a woman who is frugal?( my level of frugal as examples above) Are there any woman in this thread who are also frugal?? Also what are some tips on dating with no cost or less than 5 bucks. Thank you
