I work for a big retailer that pays me commission for sales that have been invoiced. Recently, I have noticed that a few of my sales each pay period are not being paid out properly. I have documented this and submit it to my boss, he says "corporate is working on it".
It's now going on month three of this ongoing issue. I've talk to other employees in my company, and some appear to have given up on getting paid out correctly, or fighting the same issue.
Are there any resources that I can take advantage of other than small claims court to get this resolved quicker?
