I'm conflicted in what to do. I really like my current job and my relationship with my boss. I have a great reputation within the company and have potential to grow within the company. All of it sounds good except I feel underpaid and I feel discriminated against. I am being paid less than other men in my position and was told I would not get a raise even though I am managing another site and have more responsibilities. My current position in the market I can probably make 15-30k more a year. What should I do?
