The most my electricity bill has ever been is $173 total, including water. My bill this month is $400, which is just not possible. It says I used 40,000 gallons of water over the course of several days.

The lady said if I had a toilet that was continually running, etc., that could be the cause. I absolutely do not buy it.

I live in a tiny apartment with 1 bathroom with just my boyfriend. She was not hearing me out at all. She basically said since that's what the meter said, there's nothing she can do about it.

I have no idea what to do. If I call the customer service number and can only get in contact with people on her level, do I have any other options?
