We're getting multiple posts proclaiming the fate of every AI order based on one phone call with a single CS rep. And yet, from all the comments posted in response, we can clearly see that everyone is having a different experience. Some people are still having their orders shipped. Some are getting refunds. Some are still "processing." Some are having incomplete orders canceled, while others are having partial orders shipped.
Unless you are the CEO of Alpha Industries, we do not need you to come and tell us what is happening with our order. It is clear that the situation is chaos, no one at AI has it together, and that only time will tell the fate of users' orders. The low level CS rep you talked to didn't actually know what was going on, and neither do you.
