Thoughts on how I can make as graceful of an exit as possible? I've been recruited for another position that has much more favorable job duties at about $5k more per year. I've only been in my current position for about a month so far, and I know I need to alert my supervisor as soon as possible. What is the best way to approach this announcement so that I don't burn this bridge too badly?
