I was switching my monthly MS Office subscription on my CC to a yearly subscription billed out of my checking acct and I discovered that I (somehow) still had 2 years of yearly subscriptions left from UG.
I called Microsoft and got what I could back, then called my CC and disputed everything in the eligible window. I am getting all of it back as a credit on my account... so now I am out of CC debt!
LOL, pretty unique way to pay off a CC, but it serves as a reminder that you should ALWAYS know exactly what you are paying for before you agree to any sort of recurring payment. I am lucky to get the refund instead of being out 200 some bucks
