The law office she seems to have dealt with has closed. The state offices have been bouncing me around and appear unable or unwilling to help. The paperwork I found was a draft, so there isn't an identifying number, however the paperwork is hand marked "paid" by the lawyer and signed. The amount paid was $2000, so it seems that the trust was indeed processed.
My mother died three years ago and no one knew about this. Who should I contact that could help me find more information?
