I'd like to hear opinions on frugal car washing specifically about frequency. My thoughts: 1. I imagine if you own a very old car and don't anticipate ever reselling it for much that it doesn't make sense to pay for a car wash often.
2. DIY car wash might be the most frugal option, but if you live in an area with inclement weather I doubt this is the best option. 3. During the winter, I understand the salt from the roads can cause corrosion and problems, so a car wash makes sense to me in that case.
I guess there probably is no "right" answer, but I'm curious about everyone's ideas on this nevertheless. Thanks in advance!
