I'm at the point where I'm ready to go long, or purchase an option contract, with a stock I've researched a bit. However, my buddy told me this particular stock would be pretty good long-term, hence why I'm leaning towards it.
I want to get to the point where I can make this sort of decision on my own. I am comfortable investing my money, however I am not comfortable doing so with my own judgement.
How do you guys research? What are you looking for? If you work full-time, what sort of resources/time do you put in to finding a good play?
