I have strong beliefs regarding health, environment and frugality. Much of the time healthy or environmentally friendly means expensive, and cheap means dubious morality (in my eyes, morality is subjective after all)
What are your tips for things that are green, healthy and frugal. Here are some obvious ones:
-
Walk or bike instead of drive
-
Reduce or remove meat from your diet
-
Shop in thrift stores, but...
-
Be prepared to research and pay for something that lasts and provides value (if someone mentions Vimes again I'm gonna puke, and Pratchett is my absolute favorite author)
-
Be mindful, but don't be obsessive
I guess that last one is my philosophy, not a tip. Anyway, what are your tips?
