So I am working on starting a clothing company with 2 friends and we were searching for places to embroider my designs on hoodies. I called a local store and asked about there prices, they told me their prices and then asked if I needed designs made. I politely responded saying that I would not need any because I was a graphic designer. They then asked me if I could send them my portfolio then proceeded to offering me a job as one of there new graphic designers😂.
I guess a good portfolio goes a long way. Ironic thing is most to all of my work was old and from when I started.
