Hello,
While the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF reached an all time high on NYSE the same product in Berlin (The name shown is "Vanguard Group" but check the ISIN to see it's the VOO ETF) has seen a downward trend for about a month.
Why is that? Isn't the ETF supposed to track the same index, regardless of where it's traded? How does one consider these differences in investments? Does it even make sense to buy VOO on the Berlin exchange?
