What is a good paper shredder? Preferably one easy to get in Europe. I want to shred cardboard boxes into packing material. I've broken and thrown away 3 so far, one "Rexel", one I think it was Fellowes and the other one Curver, but not sure.
The glue from addressing labels gets into the gears, but I can work around that by removing as much as possible beforehand. But then first to break are the safety "features" like detecting there is paper inside. I can work around that by removing the switches and soldering the 2 wires together. But then after a few jams the plastic (?) gears either break or the insides get bent so the gears don't catch.
Any suggestions?
