Hi all,
I'm a small lady living alone. My parents went traveling in eastern washington last week, and dropped off 6 giant sweet onions for me as an (odd) late birthday gift. I don't live with my partner, so he can't eat them. I'm at a loss as to what to do with these guys. I love onions, but 6 big onions is a LOT. Any recipes?
