Hello PF. Basically title. I've had water pipes burst and its very easy to tell due to water pressure, theres been almost no change in water pressure. I haven't been able to check yet as I'm at work. I thought for sure I'd have noticed a leak but its been raining so much in the past month, the ground has been perpetually wet. All that aside, I do take full responsibility and feel like an Idiot.
I currently make about $800 a month and that pays bills, student loans, and gas to work. I barely have any cash left over and this is a devastating blow. I figured obviously I can call and ask for assistance, but if anyone has some advice that would be awesome. Thanks everyone
Edit: Just got off the phone with my father, and he says that he can't find a leak and what he thought was a leak was run off from recent storm. Leaktest at water main also shows no leaks so he is going to water company. Our bill shows 200,000 gallons of water and that just seems impossible. Thank you to everyone who responded.
Edit 2: Turns out water company WAY over charged us, back to usual rate. No water leaks. Weight off my shoulders.
