Anyone have any advice for purchasing flipping/repairing and renting homes.
I want to purchase cheap homes and make them into rentals. I would like half the rent to go into their mortgage payment and half of our income check to go towards the mortgage as well.
Any and all advice/experience/lessons are welcome.
