I'm talking about waste from an environmental perspective, but have any of you noticed that your frugal habits have made you more wasteful?
I know a lot of frugal living goes hand in hand with being environmentally friendly, not least simply not buying shit we don't need. However, there is a tension on some things that I used to do to save money, like picking up extra sachets of sauce, hotel toiletries, miniature samples, and sometimes simply the fact that offers make certain small packaged things more cheap. But then, if I don't penny pinch, I dunno if I'd be able to afford slightly more expensive things like non polluting home cleaning products.
Anyone else with this struggle?
