She was changing them yesterday morning and it was anywhere from taking off one minute of work to 10. Our employer states that we shouldn't clock in no earlier than five minutes. For me I was told that I could clock in 15 minutes earlier than my schedule says. I don't know how to go about this or if I should take action at all.
