I know this is a somewhat popular REIT here with a pretty great niche in long-term care.
I initially got in below 30 after the CEO bought a few thousand shares, added a few more in the 31s. Will probably wait to see if it goes under 30 again to add more.
I've seen some discussion of their competitors (SBRA) lowering their rental rates and that this might make its way over to OHI.
Still their short-mid term financial stability + a history of dividend increases make them quite an income play at the very least. As a best case scenario they see a massive increase in valuation as aging baby boomers create demand for their facilities.
