Going first time apartment hunting! What are some things people usually don’t think about until it’s too late?

I plan on making a folder with each location and have separate spots for pros and cons, must haves, etc. I was thinking that a big issue I’d have is a small bathroom sink with little counter space. What else should I look out for?
