So I was driving and was hit as I crossed a green light. My car was totaled, I am okay but need physical therapy and stuff. Same with passenger. The other driver appears to not have insurance. So I understand it is likely to be an uninsured motorist claim from my own insurance. But what about my passenger? Do I give him my insurance info? Or does he have to go after the other driver? Or what?
