Hey folks, wondering if ya'll can help me with this.

My husband's job requires a lot of walking. He keeps just buying cheap shoes that fall apart in a few months, so I'm trying to help him find a pair of work shoes that will actually last him a long while. I keep looking on Amazon and seeing ones with 4.5+ stars but then when I actually look at the reviews, all the recent ones are how they "used to be great but now they're made like crap".

I think he prefers shoes over boots, and black in color. Budget is... well, the cheaper the better but obviously you get what you pay for. Preferably less than $200. Right now he's buying a $20-30 pair every 3 or 4 months.

The other problem is that he walks very heavily on the back outside of his heels, so that's always the first place to wear out. Here is a picture of one of his old shoes for reference. He bought some insoles that have helped, but if anyone has a recommendation for ones that will fix this specific issue that would be great as well.
