I had to return a pair of shoes I got, they told me I had to buy another pair as an exchange. First purchase was with PayPal + a gift card I had. 2nd purchase was PayPal only. Well they refunded me the first purchase and now I'm out $45 and stuck with another e gift card I don't want anymore.
I've emailed Steve madden back and forth multiple times and they refuse to refund and cancel the card. Oh well
