I started social security just over a year ago. I get almost 1600.00/month. After a 35 year marriage which at the end broke me I had trouble paying rent but worked it out with the landlord after I started getting more money. I got ask to leave a couple months later. So, my question is how can I find out if I am 'blacklisted' apartment rental wise?
I've been renting a bedroom from a private person but I really want to live alone again so I've been emailing local Chamber of Commerce small towns near Denver.
